Club’s Rules:
1. Replace the current ‘Model rules for an incorporated association’ asthe club constitution with the proposed ‘Whitehorse Chevaliers Fencing ClubConstitution – 2025-2026’. This document is a direct copy of the Model Rules with the following change added:

2. To insert a rule immediately before Rule 45 to read as follows:“44
(A) Committee gender composition The Committee must consist of at least
40% committee members who identify as female or gender diverse.”
